Terms & Conditions
1. Scope of services
Omindo Auto Machines Pvt. Ltd. supplies, delivers, installs and services air conditioning systems, appliances and related products.
2. Orders and payments
Orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices may change without prior notice. Payment is required in full, or as agreed, before processing or delivery.
3. Delivery and installation
Delivery charges apply as per the Shipping & Delivery Policy: Hyderabad ₹300, rest of Telangana ₹1,200, outside Telangana product price only with additional delivery charges based on location. Installation, unloading, civil work, electrical work or extra accessories are not included unless stated in the quotation or agreement.
4. Warranty and service
Products carry manufacturer warranty as applicable. Omindo acts as supplier and facilitator and is not responsible for the manufacturer's warranty decisions. Warranty excludes damage from misuse, improper handling, power fluctuations or unauthorised modification.
5. Liability
Omindo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability, where it applies, is limited to the value of the product or service provided.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana having exclusive jurisdiction.

This page and the Split AC campaign page describe delivery (24–48 hours) and installation ("within 24 hours") as two separate promises. Confirm the current installation SLA and which product types and areas it applies to before this goes live.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
1. Delivery locations and shipping charges
We deliver across India. Delivery charges depend on the delivery location:
- Within Hyderabad: ₹300 delivery charge.
- Outside Hyderabad, within Telangana: ₹1,200 additional delivery charge.
- Outside Telangana: only the product price is charged at checkout. Additional delivery charges are applicable based on your location and are confirmed with you before dispatch.
Installation charges, where applicable, are separate from delivery charges.
2. Delivery timeline
Orders are typically delivered within 24 to 48 hours of confirmation, depending on product availability, order volume, location and unforeseen circumstances.
3. Installation and unloading
Delivery covers transportation to the delivery location. Unloading, shifting to upper floors, or installation is provided as per agreed terms and may involve additional charges, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
4. Delivery acceptance
Please inspect products at the time of delivery. Report any visible damage or discrepancy immediately — claims made after acceptance may not be considered.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Eligibility for refund
Refunds may apply where a product is delivered damaged, defective or not as ordered, where a paid service wasn't started for reasons attributable to Omindo, or where a cancellation is approved under the terms below. All requests are subject to verification.
2. Non-refundable cases
Damage from improper handling, misuse or unauthorised installation; customised or made-to-order products; services already completed; and delays from third-party logistics or events outside our control.
3. Cancellations
Cancellations must be requested before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation may not be accepted, and approved cancellations may carry administrative or handling charges.
4. Refund process
Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 working days, via the original payment method or bank transfer, with any deductions communicated in advance.
