5. Delivery & Installation
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors.
Free delivery is applicable within Hyderabad city limits only, unless otherwise specified.
Installation, unloading, civil work, electrical work, or additional accessories are not included unless explicitly mentioned in the quotation or agreement.
Any site readiness delays may impact delivery or installation timelines.
6. Inspection & Acceptance
Customers must inspect products at the time of delivery or installation.
Any visible damage, defect, or discrepancy must be reported immediately.
Acceptance of delivery implies confirmation that the product is in satisfactory condition.
7. Warranty & Service
Products are covered under manufacturer warranty as applicable.
Omindo acts as a supplier and facilitator and is not responsible for manufacturer warranty decisions.
Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper handling, power fluctuations, or unauthorized modifications.
8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Returns, refunds, and cancellations are governed by Omindo’s Refund Policy.
Customized or made-to-order products are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Limitation of Liability
Omindo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the value of the product or service provided.
Omindo is not responsible for delays or failures caused by force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, or transport disruptions.
